NOTE:

We have a limited number of 4’ cases to loan which includes liners but no risers.

These will be given out on a first come first served basis, so be sure to return this form as

quickly as possible so we can notify you of availability. We do not have any 6’ or 8’ loaners.

LIABILITY:

It is mutually agreed that the Mount Hood Rock Club shall not be liable to any Exhibitor in whole

or in part. This includes the destruction or loss of any properties of said Exhibitor.

SECURITY:

Mount Hood Rock Club will provide security during setup, take down and the duration

of the show.
